We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the Geo leadership members of the team on the development, implementation and execution of the Five Year Plan and other initiatives.

Description

Work with Leadership to understand strategy and drive implementation and successful execution. Support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. * Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of real estate processes through improvements to each function, as well as coordination and communication between functions. Drive agreed improvements through planning, development and successful implementation to teams * Play a leading role in coordinating cross-functional connection meetings with internal stakeholders * Work with Geo and Cupertino teams to manage the APAC 5 Year Plan process tracking rollout of new stores Work with Geo and Cupertino teams to coordinate APAC Real Estate inputs into 2 Year Plan tracking investment in existing stores * Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization’s goals * Manage and develop business intelligence tools to support successful implementation of the 5 Year Plan and 2 Year Plan, including oversight of existing online, Tableau and monday.com tools and integration with central tracking systems * Manage project approval processes, including Executive presentation materials, project team coordination meetings and document control * Manage budget planning and tracking systems * Assist with administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and coordination of senior leadership visits to Geo * Play a leading role in office administrative management, including crisis management, secure access management, and collaboration with the Facilities and EHS teams * Play a leading role in team engagement activities, including organising offsite, team building and cross functional events

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • 5+ years of exp. in an executive assistant or project assistant capacity
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field (MBA a plus), or equivalent experience
  • Project management experience in Retail Real Estate and Development
  • Experience in collecting, analyzing and tracking key business data
  • Positive and strong leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional partners
  • Experience in leading complex projects and priorities across multiple markets
  • A self starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload, while demonstrating Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities
  • Language ability in Chinese
