Description
The Real Estate Associate position requires a highly motivated self-starter who can anticipate needs & take initiative to solve problems independently. This role is to provide excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Real Estate Team and Senior Real Estate Manager.
- Create and maintain project files (digital and hard copy).
- Manage the preparation and assembly of analyses, statistics, research, maps, and other documents for presentations on markets and specific real estate locations.
- Responsible for tracking of new locations through obtaining updates from each Real Estate Team member and maintaining reports.
- Coordination, communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Responsible for ensuring research vendor contracts are in place and vendors are paid on time. Manage the tracking of payments and budget.
- Assist in the administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and document control.
- Proactively seek ways to streamline daily processes and procedures.
- Ad hoc strategic real estate initiatives including executing real estate strategy and supporting resolution of field escalations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years administrative and/or operational experience.
- Strong proficiency in business tools & practices (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Keynote, and Tririga).
- Fluent in English.

- Experience in Retail Real Estate and Development preferred.
- 7 years administrative and/or operational experience preferred.
- Organizational and problem solving skills.
- Self starter who is comfortable working independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Extraordinary time-management skills and proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to balance multiple projects, deadlines, schedules, and support leaders with very demanding schedules.
- Strong proficiency in business tools & practices (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Keynote, and Tririga).
- Proven track record in collecting, analyzing and tracking key business data.
- Excellent skills in preparing presentation materials and simplified reports for all business levels.
- Proficiency in other languages, e.g. Cantonese, Putonghua, Japanese, Korean
- Demonstrates Appleʼs values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
