The Channel Service Support (CSS) team provides front line support for the Service Providers, iPhone Carriers and Apple Retail Stores who support our end customers and is a lynch-pin for other Apple functions e.g. Service Training, AppleCare Engineering, Planning & Procurement, Logistics, Field Service, Administrative Service Provider Support.

Key Qualifications

  • Ability to see the “bigger picture” paired with a superb attention to detail
  • Competent in dealing with customers (internal & external) at a high level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential
  • SAP experience essential
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Numbers and Keynote
  • Strong organisational and social skills

Description

As a Data Analyst you would take ownership of the escalation process from our EMEIA partners both internal and external. You would also provide detailed reporting to the Channel with the aim of highlighting any emerging issues or concerns and driving efficiencies in taking care of critical issues. We are looking an excellent problem solver with superb analytical, prioritization and time management skills. DESCRIPTION: - Multiple critical issue inbox maintenance - Act as the point of contact for critical issues and co-ordinate with dept. manager - Closely collaborate with partners (internal/external) with regards to any concerns - Become an SME in this field of work and participate in both smaller and larger scale projects - a high degree of flexibility will be required - Provide reports to management on daily/weekly operations and highlight any issues with proposed preventative actions - Find opportunities for automation, integration and process improvement - The position is multifunctional and can often require to action ad-hoc requests from Apple partners and internal stakeholders - Maintenance and version control of task documentation

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree with a minimum of 3 years of meaningful experience or equivalent work experience.
