The Reseller Operations Team is currently recruiting for a highly motivated individual to join our support team, working closely with both internal and external partners. Our team identifies and analyses demand trends, and works with our colleagues (such as Sales, Supply Planning, Finance & Logistics) to lead the replenishment process for our customers. In this role, you will be the point of contact for operational queries for specified partners. You will need to have perfect attention to detail and be comfortable working in a dynamic, environment, able to work both on their own initiative and as part of a team. Key Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience as an account executive or in a Supply Chain role
  • Independent self-starter Excellent communication skills - the ability to understand your audience and tailor your communication accordingly
  • Fantastic analytical abilities - evaluate, analyse and present data easily Solution oriented planning skills
  • Strong work ethic, perseverance and flexibility
  • Excellent social, negotiation, commercial & organisational skill
  • Meticulous attention to detail & ability to drive precise execution to tight deadlines
  • Practical & dedicated approach to problem solving and process improvement
  • Ability to manoeuvre through complex political situations
  • Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations
  • Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environment
  • Some demand planning specific experience and a financial /other background in forecasting would be applicable


Build and maintain effective working relationships with key colleagues at Apple Hold regular calls with customers You will need to ensure that you manage all Partner requests appropriately and in a timely manner, closing queries and keeping your business partners informed of progress You will lead the execution of the Order Flow Process with Customers Execute New Product Introductions Resolving and managing logistics & partner delivery issues with business partners. Resolve Invoice and Debit Requests Validating and publishing daily and weekly reports in an accurate and timely manner Update Internal Reporting Systems for any logistics issues on a timely basis You will monitor delivery & other relevant critical metrics & highlight any risk You will Partner inventory levels ensuring optimum stock holding Support team members as required re Purchase Order Administration cancellations/reschedules SAP Workflow & related Cancellations

Education & Experience

Fluent English is essential Fluent French is essential Advanced numeracy skills and strong knowledge of Excel
