  • Ability to work under significant pressure with challenging deadlines, simultaneously managing multiple tasks and projects

Description

As a Sourcer at Apple, your main goal is to identify, assess, and bring top talent to Apple. You will be a strategic partner for the business you support, and a compelling ambassador of Apple. You will guide hiring managers and candidates through Apple’s selection process, and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large. - Experience of sourcing and candidate generation within an executive search firm, recruitment agency and/or in-house recruitment function desirable - Experience of multiple sourcing channels, including CV database mining, Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, referral generation - Working within a complex, multi-national organisation is a benefit and multiple country search experience is advantageous - Partner and maintain positive relationships with the hiring team, recruiting team members, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all “customers” throughout the recruiting process. - Have deep understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, and behavior based interviewing. - Develop effective and timely communication approaches that include: actively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts, verbally and/or in written form. - Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment. - Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
