We need a manager who can lead and develop a global team, utilizing skills of the team while maintaining focus, details and results Handle policies and procedures, and conducting quality audits of support Assist in the development of tools and reports to analyze and run the business, including workflow optimizations, workforce management, and volume predictions Mentor and inspire teams to deliver innovative ideas, strong performance, and high quality Determine staffing requirements, interview and hire new employees

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
