Description

Own the management system for key customers to ensure continued improvement in service levels, Forecast, Demand Planning and delivery execution perspectives You have proven abilities in forecasting, supply & demand planning, and the ability to define and manage relevant critical metrics, including serviceability You will lead regular business reviews, at senior levels You will build and maintain cross-functional partnerships with other business groups Manage the execution of order booking, delivery and associated customer/sales communication to a high standard Collaborate with key internal groups, to optimise results on behalf of customers

Education & Experience

Minimally 2 years as a senior account executive or analyst Experience in operations management is a distinct advantage Masters/Bachelors degree level in any of the following disciplines – Economics, Business, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Science Subject
