You will become a member of the wider Finance team at Apple. With over 300 employees from a multitude of backgrounds, the Finance department in Cork supports all functions of Apple in EMEIA, including Sales Fulfilment, Logistics, Manufacturing and Operations, Apple Music, Apple Retail as well as being part of the Global Finance Shared Service (GBS) function. We are currently seeking to recruit a Purchase to Pay (P2P) Team Lead within our Indirect Invoice Processing team to lead a team in Cork. You will report to the Indirect P2P Manager and will be a member of the extended P2P leadership team. You will play a prominent role in Apple’s Indirect Procurement Process, global interactions with external vendors along with internal business partners across many time zones. This is a key role in a dynamic environment with the potential for the role to develop further with additional responsibilities.

  • SAP knowledge an advantage

Manage a team of P2P specialists - Recruit, mentor and develop team members in line with business and personal goals - Develop positive relationships with business partners - Drive operational improvements and standardizations on an ongoing basis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure all processes and controls are adhered to; Manage and resolve issues and problem solve; Involvement in projects, testing and reporting status to Management; Analysis and reporting of P2P key operational metrics to Management; Review P2P Balance Sheet Reconciliations in accordance with SOx and Apple finance policies; Assisting in queries from Auditors;
