As a senior manager within the Operations team, you will lead a team of analysts that monitor and assess the risk of Apple deliveries across the transportation network. We strive for driving delivery excellence across operations within the EMEIA region. This leader will report to the Director of EMEIA Logistics, your objective will be to develop and enable strategies that ensure timely and accurate management of the customer experience across product deliveries and returns. Execution of these strategies includes establishing, measuring, and leading key performance indicators with logistics service providers, Apple's vendors, and internal Apple functions to ensure the efficient flow of product for Apple's customer base. We seek a self starter, visionary person with strong leadership capabilities Lead the logistics service organization for delivery execution, track and trace and claims management. Mentoring team leaders to ensure excellence in execution Ensure that Apple's Service Levels regarding data quality and carrier performance are met or exceeded (customer happiness, quality, speed, cost, innovation) Compile and execute appropriate SOP's in EMEIA transportation network. Manage delivery events to ensure cost optimal, on time delivery service. Establish and foster executive relationships and securing consensus for joint initiatives Provide clear and effective executive updates on service, cost and innovation Develop talent acquisition strategies; training and mentoring strategy to boost Apple's logistics bench strength. Establish quality control programs with goal of driving efficiency in the logistics network Participate in annual capital planning process to ensure that logistics initiatives are championed, resourced and aligned with overall corporate strategies Contribute to development of annual and 3-year logistics strategy

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in a related field. MBA a plus. Six Sigma, Lean or other continuous improvement program certification experience
