Apple is looking for a dynamic, experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager to lead Reseller Operations IMMEA (India, Middle-East, Mediterranean, East Europe and Africa). This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to grow and develop the team and operations capabilities needed in these key emerging markets for Apple. We’re looking for someone who will embrace the day to day challenges and opportunities these markets bring, and who will drive their own team, and cross-functional teams, to continuously innovate and deliver step by step improvements in our supply chain execution, new product introductions and fulfilment results. You will act as the voice of our IMMEA Sales teams and Channel partners into EMEIA Operations to ensure that the priorities of the region are clearly understood and actioned appropriately. You will partner closely with the IMMEA Channel Sales team in the development and support of key Sales goals for both direct and indirect Resellers in the region. Proven relationship management and influencing skills will be essential here. You'll also be responsible for driving the IMMEA Markets capital investment roadmap with the support of our Sales, BPR and BI teams. The objective of this program is to deliver and scale our supply chain, NPI, Fulfilment and Sales capabilities in these key IMMEA Markets. Key Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Retail, Logistics, Planning, Finance, Operations environment in a fast paced product industry
  • Knowledge of product planning, demand forecasting, inventory management and supply chain management is essential
  • People manager with an ability to recognise, attract, and develop top talent and build strong teams. Experience managing, motivating and developing Team Managers
  • Creative, proactive and strategic problem solver who can identify practical opportunities to optimise the existing supply chain, manage detail of execution, and deliver new tools & processes to meet the needs of a constantly evolving business
  • Possess strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and maintain a solid management system to ensure the overall effectiveness of the team
  • You'll need exceptional listening, communication and presentation (Keynote) skills, with a positive energy and approach
  • Sharp analytical abilities, with the ability to evaluate, analyse and present data to executive level
  • Ability to operate autonomously and exert thoughtful influence in a matrix organisation. Take firm, clear stands, even in circumstances in which doing so is unpopular
  • Ability and desire to learn and accept feedback from many differing perspectives


Lead, develop and mentor a team, capable of meeting the agility and challenges of Apple’s constantly evolving business needs. Continuously drive improvements in process, tools, systems with the team Collaborate cross-functionally within EMEIA Operations to deliver high quality results in support of IMMEA Channel partners Drive a management system for customers to ensure continued improvement in service levels, forecasting, demand planning, inventory assortment and digital experience Actively participate in new product introduction planning to ensure effective and timely product transitions. Drive cross-functional reductions in our time to market for new products across all IMMEA countries. Lead your team in identifying and implementing key projects that achieve targeted measurable benefits in the areas of planning optimisation, customer fulfilment, sell through maximisation, and cost saving initiatives Partner closely with SDM to optimise weekly channel sell through. Provide knowledgeable input to the demand forecasting process. In particular at times of product constraint work closely with SDM on allocation strategy to optimise sell through Work closely with the IMMEA Sales team in support of our channel partners. Ensure we show up with these partners as “one Apple”. Drive alignment in strategy per Partner / Country with Sales and Sales Finance. Share our analytics and drive clarity in our focus areas for action with Sales. Be the lead communication link into the Worldwide RO organisation. Ensure that there are strong communications to support the excellent partnership and knowledge of the regional activities including best practice benefit sharing across all Regions Be an owner of the Sustaining Emerging markets forum, drive focus on continuous improvement in our metrics and execution performance day to day across the Operations teams Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to prioritise projects needed to support growth and expansion of IMMEA Channel. In particular drive a pro-active and positive engagement with Ops BPR, Sales BPR and other teams to drive focussed execution on all capital and non capital projects needed to support our Emerging Market road map

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree minimum 8 years relevant work experience, of which at least 3 at senior management level
