Apple, Cork is responsible for all Operations functions for the EMEIA region, including new and & emerging markets. The goal of our Operations team is to ensure the delivery of our products to customers through our various routes to market. We are looking for astute, energetic graduates to work across a number of Operations Departments undertaking 3 rotations. The programme will run until May 2023. The departments you will work in include Planning, Reseller Operations, Logistics & Retail Fulfilment, Product Readiness, Business Process Engineering and Apple Operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience across a matrix organisation. Graduates of BIS, Supply Chain, Commerce or any similar business disciplines are of particular interest, however, if you feel you have the analytical skills required, we would love to hear from you. Below is a brief description of each of the participating departments : • SDM - Responsible for keeping an appropriate balance between product supply and customer demand in a way that minimises inventory while maximising sell-through for all customers • Reseller Operations- Responsible for Apple’s key reseller/third party partners including Telecoms and Retail Channel partners. • Logistics - Responsible for the movement & delivery of Apple’s products to the different routes to market i.e Apple Retail Stores, Online Store, Resellers. • Retail Fulfilment - Operations department tasked with all aspects of planning analysis specifically for Apple’s own Retail Stores • Apple Operations - procurement department responsible for the purchasing of key strategic commodities from suppliers and the reselling of these to our manufacturing partners • Product Launch Readiness - responsible for the co-ordination, planning and successful execution of New Product Introductions • Business Process Engineering - Responsible for optimising business processes. You will devise and implement process & systems solutions that meet the needs of our internal business partners Applications are now open and closing on October 30th 5pm - if you are successful, a recruiter will be in contact in relation to new steps. This programme is based in Cork, Ireland and will commence on July 1st 2021.
- Analytical and strong numerical skills with the ability to evaluate, analyse and present data.
- Technically competent in the use of IT Systems & Applications (Excel skills essential)

Immersive rotations through 3 Operations departments Work closely with cross functional teams, including Sales & Finance to execute Apple’s supply chain goals Preparation of daily and weekly reports as required Support project activities Identify risks / bottleneck areas and take ownership to resolve; by initiating and implementing corrective action • Ability to maintain and develop relationships, cross functionally within the organisation. Evaluating current business processes and see opportunities to improve. Any other duties as deemed necessary by your manager
Education & Experience
Minimum 2:1 honours degree (Level 8). We encourage applications from students who completed their studies in 2020 or working towards graduation in 2021. Applications from all backgrounds considered.
