The People Operations Manager is responsible for defining, improving and evolving processes for managing employee data and records across the globe. This leader will have the unique opportunity to define our ways of working within HRIS and CRM tools. In this role you will strategize how to improve and continue to innovate down to the details that produce a world class experience for our employees. This role calls for close partnership with People Operations colleagues as well as many other cross-functional partners. Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrable people management and experience developing a team
  • Proven HR experience
  • Expertise with enterprise HR systems, Workday strongly preferred
  • Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
  • Ability to collaborate and influence key business partners
  • Proven success in developing effective strategies in an operational role
Superior analytical skills and the ability to approach problems flexibly and creatively
  • Expertise in effectively balancing workflow between team members, ensuring the needs of various business partners are being met
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and deliverables
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and an insatiable desire to provide outstanding customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and highly capable of exercising tact, discretion and diplomacy
  • The ability to manage the demands of multiple and sometimes conflicting internal customers

This team owns the intake, resolution and escalation of work related to employee records and data. We provide centralized administration support for various programs, aligning business needs and regulatory requirements to manage employment data and documents. In this central role, you will be at the helm of mapping out strategic and transformative initiatives to elevate the support we provide our employees across the world. Responsibilities may include: * Lead team in resolving issues of varied scope related to employment policies, practices and records * Maintain the highest regulatory and compliance standards in handling employee records * Ensure team processes complex data updates on records * Maintain file storage, both electronically and hard copy * Architect innovative and scalable solutions to drive productivity * Provide career development and mentorship to team of direct reports * Build and maintain a quality relationship with internal business partners * Collaborate with internal business partners to identify and resolve potential gaps * Monitor and constantly strive to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes

Education & Experience

Undergraduate degree preferred
