Success will require you to be organised and analytical, have strong business insight and interpersonal skills to get along with a variety of people across multiple job functions and levels. You will act as primary point of contact to Facilities, Real Estate, Global Security, and other Apple corporate departments, reporting to the Apple Services Engineering Admin Team Manager.
Description
This is an exciting opportunity to help start our Dublin office environment and provide admin support to site leaders. Responsibilities will include providing admin and operational support. You will work closely with the Site lead, Engagement team, Space Planning and Facilities personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Mac and other productivity tools (Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Excel, Word)
- You will assist with office moves and reconfiguration, including but not limited to space planning, including planning move to permanently longterm site
- Previous experience handling projects, meeting objectives and producing results within timelines.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and integrity in dealing with people at all levels is imperative.
- Ability to work independently, handle frequently changing needs and delegate when required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Successful in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group is crucial.
- Calm in when under pressure with the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
- Ability to influence others; handle conflict appropriately, know when to raise issues and when to apply common sense.

- Handling Administrative / Operational issues in conjunction with site leaders
- Office Liaison for internal communications impacting site
- Manage complex calendaring for senior leadership
- Office management experience, Administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Experience with calendaring, PR/PO, office management skills
- Must have outstanding time management, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize conflicting assignments
- Demonstrates tact, discretion, and sound judgment, especially when exposed to confidential and sensitive materials
- Takes initiative, is a resourceful and innovative problem solver
- Able to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Displays flexibility and adaptability, positive and approachable personality
- Able to work both autonomously on assignments and collaboratively with other team members, work with EMEIA admin team for backup support as needed
- Proficient in Mac OS, Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Calendar, eApproval, Work store, Seat Manager
