Admin Assistant (Temp. position)
We are seeking a dynamic and independent Administrative Assistant, to join our organization and provide care to different admin related areas. Among these, supports and acts as a point of contact for many of the business needs.
- Key Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Secretarial/Administration experience at a global corporation, Hi Tech preferred.
- Must be well organized, with strong time-management & multi-task driven skills.
- Inventive, creative and innovative in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to work independently and handle frequently changing needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of the team.
- Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Experience in event planning, managing inventory & budget.
- Experience with Office or iWork applications.
- Team player.
- "Can do" and "whatever it takes" attitude.
Location: The role will require attending in both sites- Haifa and Herzliya. Temporary position (replacement for ML) for ~9 months.
