The Imaging & Sensing Technology Group at Apple develops depth-sensing hardware such as the revolutionary TrueDepth camera that powers FaceID and the Scanning LiDAR in the new iPad Pro. This multi-disciplinary team are responsible for architecture, research, and manufacturing development of these highly complex sensing systems for Apple products. The group is seeking an Algorithm student in the field of Computer Vision.

Key Qualifications

  • An excellent MSc or PhD student in one of the following areas:
  • Image processing
  • Computer vision
  • Deep Learning
  • 3D geometry
  • Experience in algorithm research and development is an advantage


In this position you will join a team of researchers developing of algorithms for cutting edge computer vision solutions and 3D sensing technologies Develop and test algorithms in the fields of machine learning, computer vision and image processing

Education & Experience

MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Computer Science with excellence in the domain of Computer Vision or similar
