The Retail Fulfilment Operations (RFO) team strives to provide operational excellence for best-in-class customer support. RFO turns fulfilment into a key value proposition for Apple’s direct customers, through detailed planning, execution and strategic programs.
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated candidate with supply chain operations experience and strong SAP, communications and analytical skills.
Key Qualifications
- Proficient in SAP, experience of SAP HANA an advantage
- Excel and Tableau experience or other data visualisation tools
- Knowledge of Python an advantage
- Presentation skills and program / project management experience, a distinct advantage.
Description
Support and execution of order change management processes inline with Apple’s strategy for online business, manage order backlog exceptions
Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), influence partner teams to deliver high quality results for Apple’s on-line customers
Customer focused with a positive can-do attitude
Practical and pro-active approach to problem solving, solution oriented
Innovative, proven ability to learn complex system and process information, with a focus on simplification and automation
Support key fulfilment projects from review of business requirements, development of test cases and completion of user acceptance testing. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project goals are achieved
Strong analytical skills, proven ability to evaluate, analyse and present findings to management
Ability to distil large operational data sets, quickly identify trends and recommend actions to drive positive business impact
