Join Apple's Security and Architecture group, specifically our Authentication Engineering team, as a Senior iOS/macOS Authentication Engineer. You will be at the forefront of enhancing the security features of our operating systems, working on innovative frameworks and applications related to OS security and user authentication.
As a key member of our team, your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the design and implementation of Apple's operating systems and APIs. You will:
Drive Innovation: Contribute to the development of groundbreaking authentication methods and technologies, making Apple devices more secure and user-friendly.
Work on High-Impact Projects: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain critical security features used by millions of users worldwide.
Protect User Privacy: Help ensure that Apple's authentication processes meet the highest industry standards of privacy and data protection.
Partner with Engineering Stalwarts: Engage with versatile engineers across Apple to influence the architecture and security of our platforms.
Key Qualifications
- Mastery of Programming Languages: Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C with experience writing and debugging complex code.
- Operating System Expertise: Solid understanding of OS fundamentals, with a proven track record of developing for iOS and macOS.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaborative skills, with strong written and verbal interpersonal abilities to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

Education & Experience
B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
