Key Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ years of product management experience from an established technology or digital media company
  • Experience building platforms from the ground up with a keen eye for the user interface and passionate about the user experience
  • Experience working with business and development teams to scope and implement new products through the entire product life cycle and with a proven track record of achieving results
  • Confident engaging with engineering on technical design discussions and proposing simple, creative solutions to complex problems
  • The ability to be an influencer to inspire and educate product managers, designers and engineers with thought-provoking, clearly defined objectives and customer-centric use cases especially across a large matrixed organization
  • Possess strong decision making and prioritization skills
  • Ability to define the ​strategic vision for the product and articulate it in front of a wide variety of audiences

Description

You will be responsible for helping to build the strategy, define requirements and drive execution for our Advertising product platform. The right person for this role can solve complex problems, communicate solutions concisely, articulate a clear vision to technical and non-technical groups and passionately drive results. You will lead innovation through a ​deep understanding of systems and business processes, exploration of new technology and collaboratively develop solutions with engineering, business stakeholders, and external partners. You will assess, recommend and prioritize solutions to deliver and determine a roadmap. You will evangelize the roadmap and act as the driving force behind work at all levels, across all functions thus collaborate with business and engineering leadership to ensure alignment on resources, scope, and priorities in order to ensure timely and high-quality delivery against the product roadmap. Engage with other product and technology leaders to ensure alignment to drive towards business objectives. You work will be on complex, large-scale, time-critical projects but you are results-oriented, upbeat and focused with a strong passion to learn and succeed.

Education & Experience

BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, MBA a plus

Additional Requirements

  • Background in advertising, user acquisition marketing or mobile app development is a plus
  • Passion for user experiences and user interfaces
  • Ability to create functional prototypes to lead ideation process
  • Experience running design sprints with internal team
