As a part of AI/ML Annotations Operations, you will work with a high-performing and fast-paced team and participate in the development of some of the most valuable products & features that delight our customers. The mission of the Annotation Program within AI/ML Annotation Ops is to build a scalable, transparent and measurable process to handle the human annotated assets development process with the overarching goal of improving Siri quality. As a part of the mission, we are building out a center of excellence in India that will support both the financial reporting function and the analytics function within Annotation Operations. We are looking for a candidate who can manage a team of financial analysts, and operational analysts for the newly established center of excellence. The person will need to setup the team, the processes and the communication with the US team to build an effective team offshore. The individual should be self driven, organized and have a structured approach to problem solving. HAVE TO LEAD 1. Team of finance analysts who engage with vendors of the Annotation program, and process all invoices and accompanying datasets to provide cost attribution, cost tracking and budget management. The candidate has to engage strategically across our vendor portfolio and inspire changes that lead to process efficiency, automation and financial diligence. 2. Team of contractors and analyst who will design and develop operational and leadership level reports and dashboards that support operational planning and critical metric tracking The candidate also needs to be hands-on with day to day responsibilities and should be proficient with the models and reports to support the team.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Program Management or Business Operations. Experience with building reports to visualize program progress, priorities, timelines, with risks & mitigation for various leadership levels (Executives, Engineering teams, Operations, Finance)
  • Experience in managing a team, including experience in setting up training and recommending standard methodologies for process efficiency
  • Experience in working with teams in different timezones
  • High level of detail while running several work-streams
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization
  • Expertise in financial modeling / data analytics using tools like Excel, tableau, etc


Develop a team of resources in India while reporting into a Senior Program Manager based out of California Lead and drive process improvement for invoicing, spend details, resource tracking from vendor Drive processes for budget allocation, budget management, and forecast preparation Develop team of analysts to supervise operational metrics and build standard reports that can be shared with leadership Prepare executive reports that summarize the ongoing program status and highlights risks Establish financial controls and processes to handle financial reporting requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelors in Business Administration or Finance, MBA preferred
