The Sr. Product Manager will work with a wide variety of functional teams across Apple to design, develop, connect and implement technology solutions that enable meaningful conversations with our customers, on their device and throughout their lifecycle. The role will place you in a highly-energized environment with some of the most creative individuals in the industry where you would be inspired to share your years of experience along with providing extraordinary support for the team.

Key Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years' of experience, both in product management and marketing technology platforms
  • Product experience with enterprise software platforms, including customer engagement, CRM, and content management systems
  • Experience working with development teams to scope and implement new products
  • Deep experience capturing user requirements and acceptance criteria
  • A demonstrated passion for data-informed product innovation, including data backed by ML and AI systems
  • Understanding of subscription and freemium businesses and what drives growth
  • Experience driving significant impact in matrixed organizational structures using influence
  • Proven experience working on sophisticated, international, large-scale, time-critical projects
  • Humility and a sense of humor


Day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Partner with internal teams to gather requirements and use cases from multiple teams. - Identify scalable capabilities vital to complete our international marketing strategies. - Lead initiatives from conception through to execution; focusing on project and status visibility, and ensuring all collaborators are aligned, collaborating, and well advised throughout the process. - Assess and recommend a roadmap to deliver the required capabilities. - Evangelize the roadmap and act as driving force behind the work at all levels, across all functions

Education & Experience

BS/BA degree preferred; MS/MA/MBA a plus
