The Apple Wallet, Payments, and Commerce team is rapidly growing, entering new markets and adding innovative new features to our products. We are seeking a top-flight product professional to help drive the growth of Apple Pay. In this role, you will help chart the future direction of Apple Pay and support execution against that long-term strategy. You will partner directly with the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce business, engineering, human-interface and other functional teams across Apple. You will work cross-functionally to deliver results, as well as working with external partners such as payment networks, bank issuers and other players to drive development. You should have significant consumer product management experience and a track record launching of at-scale product launches. Ability to tackle an independent work stream and drive progress is key. This is a full-time role located in our Cupertino, CA headquarters.

Key Qualifications

  • Outstanding product professional with 5-7 years of experience, including product management in Payments or eCommerce
  • In depth understanding of eCommerce and payment trends, market dynamics and ecosystem
  • Familiarity with every step of the commerce journey (discovery, consideration, payment, order management, loyalty) and ways to help consumers end to end
  • Proficiency with Apple products, applications, services, and technologies
  • Strong technical background, ability to dive into technical details is required
  • Ability to synthesize sophisticated topics and distill complex issues into simple solutions
  • Ability to collaborate and influence different teams including engineering, design, business development, marketing, operations, risk, data science, etc.
  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing and sometimes unpredictable work environment

Invent the future of payment and commerce Partner with teams across Apple and key players in the ecosystem to develop innovative end to end commerce experience Envision and build new features to enrich purchase experience with Apple Pay Enrich Apple Pay value proposition in eCommerce for merchants, eCommerce platforms and payment service providers Leverage new trends and regulations (e.g. Open Banking, PSD2, Tokenization, etc.) to innovate in commerce

Education & Experience

BA required, MBA preferred.
