As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide premium, end-to-end services for Apple customers over the phone. You and your fellow team-members will be responsible for ensuring that Apple customers receive the best possible service. We seek to go above and beyond ‘customer serviceʼ to surprise and delight Apple customers. This position is located on-site at the Apple campus in Austin, Texas.

Key Qualifications

  • Fluency in the French language with excellent verbal, reading, writing and comprehension skills is required
  • Excellent English reading comprehension and writing skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrates a passion for excellent customer service
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills
  • Communicates effectively and clearly with customers and coworkers
  • Excels at listening and engaging with customers, as well as at adapting and personalizing their support
  • Ability to maintain composure when facing ambiguous and complex situations
  • Demonstrates self-motivation and curiosity to learn new products, procedures, concepts, tools
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to constantly evolving workflows

Description

As Customer Service Specialists, we provide extraordinary phone support to Apple customers. Routine customer interactions include order status questions, changes to orders placed online, shipping or payment issues. Our top-performers are knowledgeable about Apple service procedures and policies, and able to communicate effectively and provide appropriate recommendations to customers depending on their needs. You will provide memorable and unique customer experiences. You will use multiple sources of information to stay current on process changes, product features, and events that affect customers. You will enjoy a dynamic, performance-based work environment where contacts are monitored, recorded and assessed. Also, teamwork is highly critical in learning the role and in maintaining a successful group culture. We are able to stay self-motivated and customer focused thanks to a great teamwork attitude!

Education & Experience

BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience
