Description
The Software Architecture organization in Vision Product Group (VPG) is looking for a skilled 3D Graphics / Computational Geometry expert to contribute to start-art-of-the-art mesh processing techniques. In this role, you will perform development work to implement key computational geometry algorithms to streamline Vision Pro assets content creation and visualization.
Minimum Qualifications
Key Qualifications
- Strong C/C++ programming skills
- Expert knowledge in computational geometry
- Hardware accelerated graphics API experience (Metal, OpenGL...)
- 3D math skills (linear algebra, linear and non-linear optimization, graph theory)
- Content creation pipelines knowledge
- Experience implementing and optimizing algorithms for 3D graphics data
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge in 3D graphics compression and in immersive technologies is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Education & Experience
BS, MS or PhD in computer vision, machine learning, computer science, computer engineering or 2+ years of relevant industry experience with a track record of successful projects
