The IS&T Product Engineering Systems group is seeking a PLM Engineering Manager who has a proven track record in developing and managing high quality enterprise software solutions. Our group is responsible for Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation initiative to deliver next generation PLM/PIM Platform to drive Apple’s Product Innovation across hardware, software and services lines of business.
In this position, you’ll lead our technology team and work closely with key business stakeholders to build an enterprise platform that enables Product innovation, NPI lifecycle management, Design Collaboration, and Product Release management. You will also work collaboratively with peers to define our future PLM technology roadmap and build strategic relationships with key IS&T and Business leaders to ensure success.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience building and delivering large scale, on-premise, and cloud-based enterprise solutions. This individual should have sound technical knowledge, management & leadership skills. A great candidate will build a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, innovation, and learning.
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, including 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams
- Experience leading system design, integration, and deployment in a complex, integrated environment
- Experience in building, developing, and managing highly effective engineering teams
- Experience with distributed systems, multi-tiered application development, service-oriented architecture, and microservice architecture
- Domain knowledge in Change Management, BOM Management, CAD & ERP, Manufacturing, and other PLM areas
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of enterprise solutions such as ERP, MES, ALM, and MDM is desired
