Our team is looking for a SDET Lead to join our Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group to support Testing & Test Automation Strategizing, planning, creating, scheduling and executing tests for projects in WW SOS Operations organization.
As a SDET, we look forward to your working along side project PMs, Business SME’s and development teams to enthusiastically ensure the highest quality test automation for our business and partners while reducing manual test efforts.
Key Qualifications
- 8+ Years of Experience with 5+ years as an SDET
- Should have Solid understanding of QA principles, exposure to Different SDLC Models, types of testing etc and an engineering mindset to solve the complex QA problems
- QA experience required across UI/API/Mobile automation frameworks
- Proficient working with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python or Javascript
- Proficient working with frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, WebDriverIO, Robot, Rest-Assured, Cucumber
- Should have interested in applying machine learning in QA
- Proficient working with build tools like Maven or Gradle
- Have understanding working with Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficient working with code coverage and code quality tools
- Proficient setting up pipelines in Jenkins and understand overall DevOps process
- Should have knowledge working with various kind of databases
- Should have knowledge of Xtreme Programming principles
- Should be able to mentor and scale teams across and be a role model
- Should be interested in creating tools and utilities to increase developer productivity
- Preferred certifications test automation tools and frameworks.

- Responsible for designing, developing & implementing test automation frameworks for large integrated systems cutting across multiple tech stacks
- Drive the QA vision for Test Automation for key platforms and applications
- Communication and co-ordination with globally distributed teams
- Work closely with internal organizations, project teams and Partners to develop schedules, execute on plans and deliver high quality products
- Enhance Quality Assurance processes, environments, tools and frameworks
- Act as a strong advocate for quality in the product development process for software engineering

Education & Experience
BE / BTech in Computer Science or Information Technology from a reputed school
