The Fitness Technologies team is seeking a tenured services integration manager with deep experience working with multi-functional partners, to develop special content for Fitness+, with a critical emphasis on music initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Music/Fitness/Services/Business/Strategic Planning
  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability leading and driving successful cross-functional projects with multiple collaborators
  • Deep understanding of music and how it fits into an outstanding fitness experience
  • A successful track record of crafting impactful fitness and music content
  • Partners with cross-functional teams to create culturally-relevant, thematic workout and marketing content
  • Stellar project management, collaboration, presentation, and communication skills
  • Able to communicate effectively and distill complex information into easily understandable action items for a variety of audiences
  • Strong sense of initiative, follow-through, and acute attention to detail
  • Passionate about fitness, sports, wellness, staying active, music and culture

Description

You will engage with teams involved in the development and production of Fitness+ content, as well as Apple Services, like Apple Music and Apple TV+, and Services Business, Legal, Business Affairs, Marcom, PR, Social, Product Marketing partners, and more. The ideal candidate is accomplished at leading large, complex cross-functional projects, and can react to changing scope while maintaining clear goals and completing time-sensitive deliverables. The ideal candidate has a rich background driving integrated projects across multiple partners, both internally and externally. This person has understands how music and culture tie into an exceptional workout experience and uses this knowledge to build extraordinary programming and marketing for our users.

Education & Experience

A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • • Experience troubleshooting and navigating publishing, recording, and geo-specific music rights to acquire and maintain music for Fitness+ content
  • • Drives and understands accurate timelines for music clearances for high-priority campaigns
  • • Comfort with ambiguity and passion to explore and develop innovative ideas across all directives, including editorial, marketing, business, and resourcing
  • • Ability to build systems and processes that are scalable across teams and within different organizations to improve efficiencies
  • • Passion for building team culture and weaving in inclusion and diversity standard processes+ in their day to day work
  • • Loves connecting the dots and finding opportunities to integrate and amplify initiatives
  • • Background working in a production studio environment or on fitness products is a plus
