Description

As an intern in the Apple AMS department you will be a full-fledged member of our CKT team. In the past we have worked on SerDes PHY. You will help to design different circuit topologies for specific product requirements (e.g., Rx, CDR, TX). You will be a member of a multi-functional teams to define requirements/specs (e.g., modeling, package, board, DFT, ESD, etc.), crafting block-level specifications based on link-budget, behavioral modeling, and transistor-level feasibility. You will also contribute to design and implement layout view of the designs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Understanding of analog-mixed signal design
  • Understanding and experience of designing analog mixed signal circuit blocks including Bandgap, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, switched-cap circuits, ADC, DACs, Oscillators, Filters
  • In-depth knowledgde of analog mixed-signals conceps like mismatch mtigation, linearity, stability, low-power and low-noisr techniques
  • Design experience in advanved CMOS technologies
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and well-organised working style

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD degree program in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Ability to work well in an international team and be productive under tight schedules
  • Availability for at least 6 months
