Experienced cross-functional leader to drive teams responsible for internal messaging and growth marketing platform that drives marketing initiatives for all of Apple’s services including the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, TV+, Fitness+, Apple One and more. Work collaboratively across the organization with business teams, marketing, finance, legal, design, engineering, project management, and international teams. Wide ranging and evolving responsibilities from establishing the strategic direction and aligning with business objectives to shaping the roadmap and defining the product requirements. Consistently deliver capabilities that gain broad adoption across our services whilst driving great cross-team collaboration with transparency and customer success mindset. Simplifying the complex and driving critical path deliverables is key to success in the role.

Key Qualifications

  • Recognized and extensively experienced product management leader comfortable managing a highly diverse team of experts.
  • Insight into growth marketing, subscriptions, SaaS a plus
  • Experience supporting partners from a business and technical perspective
  • Clear understanding of a great customer experience and what differentiates Apple
  • Strong analytical approach and fierce attention to detail

Description

Product - Possess or proven ability to gain extensive knowledge of Apple’s existing and future services (e.g. App Store, TV+) - Ability to synthesize multiple partner inputs into coherent roadmap with clear criteria for prioritization - Evaluate and drive core platform capabilities that leverage Apple and scale to broad audiences Business and Operations - Consistently advocate initiatives and enhancement opportunities to delight our internal collaborators - Develop a pipeline of ideas and features, while partnering with other internal teams to drive accountability for current roadmaps and deliverables - Maintain strong business relationships and manage ongoing operational support Collaboration - Lead a highly skilled and innovative team that delivers consistent results and understands how to build solutions that leverage Apple’s deep of the ecosystem and Apple’s unique ability to influence - Collaborate with engineering teams on technical feasibility, designs and performance requirements - Coordinate with finance (e.g. tax) and analytics to ensure business and financial impacts are understood

Education & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, business management, finance, computer science, or engineering preferred however candidates from all education backgrounds who meet the key qualifications are encouraged to apply.
