Business Development Operation Support
Supporting the Services Business Development teamʼs global growth efforts with a focus on supporting new partnership opportunities. This role will support the Business Development Chief of Staff by performing centralized operational tasks to support the worldwide BD team.
The top priority will be to support the onboarding of Business Development partners. You’ll work with Business Development Managers and Partner Managers—and other teams across Apple—to support partnership launches by completing operational tasks, including:
Managing all code requests, facilitating code batch approvals, and maintaining code batches
Work with Partner Operations to determine code delivery mechanics.
Purchase order creation; and monthly invoice approval process.
Preparation of various manual performance reports, primarily utilizing Excel, Numbers, and Keynote.
Documentation and coordination of analytics requirements for deals.
Focal point of communication on operational matters for all BD teams across all services and all channels.
A lot of this work will require working with communication tools like Webex, phone, Slack, and email.
The work will involve using tools like Keynote, Excel, Numbers, and various internal reporting tools.
The work will require the candidate to work independently, but to be confident asking questions along the way. It will require broad collaboration with people outside of our direct team.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in operations, business development, or strategic account management within media, tech, banking, or consulting.
- Expertise building business cases, including strategy development and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make strategic decisions.
- A keen product sense and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborative self-starter who works optimally in fast-paced environments and is comfortable managing ambiguity while delivering projects to completion.
