Apple is now seeking for an extraordinary Facilities Officer to support the growing team in Singapore. The Facilities Officer is the culmination of all the skills and resources of a validated facility professional with additional cross-functional administration expertise and exceptional customer experience skills. As a Facilities Officer, you will hold a strong emphasis in running site operations critical to ensuring consistent delivery and the highest performance levels for Soft & Hard Services. You will have the ability to harmonize with Apple corporate business functions & Customers at all levels and provide multiple structured and/or ad-hoc timely and accurate status reporting.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Facility Management or related field
  • Related experience, including high-end corporate office environment preferred
  • Contract/Operations Management experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to connect with dispersed internal/external teams
  • Experience with Space Management/Churn Projects an advantage
  • Professional Certification - IFMA certification desirable but not required
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about Customer Services and end-user experience
  • Self starter and capable individual contributor
  • Project Management experience an advantage

Description

Leadership and accountability for delivery, management and maintenance of all RE&F site services, including: - Collaborating with Apple's LOB, RE&D and their nominated internal/external vendors/partners - hands-on provision site Soft & Hard Services - Input to in-GEO OPEX planning and budgets - Handle RE&D commercial obligations e.g. Lease, Utility & Vendor payments - Drive consistency in RE&D site services and resources as directed - Run single to multiple, simple to complex Facility initiatives and programs - Adherence to the use of established protocols, tools & processes – strong compliance - Follow-up with Apple customers on site services delivery tracking, issues/risks and results - Ensure Vendors compliance with agreed SLA's and KPI's - Implement tools, standards, policies, guidelines and processes related to Local and - International Facility Management standards as applicable - Input on Facility Management improvement programes - Advising and driving improvement changes in RE&D Facility Management services at the Site level - Support site OH&S compliance

Education & Experience

- Degree qualified in related field e.g. Facility Management/Business Administration
