As a regional hub, we continually strive to provide high standards of performance and to support the dramatic growth in the APAC region. We seek a high calibre Finance professional to be part of this global team. We are searching for a qualified accountant to be based in Singapore, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager in Singapore. You will be working closely with the regional GBS teams to meet deliverables aligned with key performance metrics and service level agreements defined with key partners. This is a key profile role in a dynamic environment with the potential for the position to further develop with additional responsibilities in line with business requirements.

Key Qualifications

  • Ensure all revenue adjustments/customer rebates are executed and accounted for accurately within strict deadline according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis in relation to ongoing projects and operational trouble shooting
  • Solid analytical skills to provide revenue adjustment and customer rebate metrics information to Management offering insight and analysis on the business trends, key work drivers, etc. This will be a critical element to resolve future strategies & initiatives and to support and enhance business decision
  • Continually validate and challenge, by way of analytical review, customer rebate program terms and calculation methodology
  • Safeguard Apple’s integrity from a compliance perspective. Take a lead role in ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) control processes and ensure they are operating effectively on behalf of the team
  • Identify and implement process improvements on an ongoing basis. A key part of the role will be to drive process efficiency into the processes
  • Participate actively in defining system requirements and testings as required on behalf of the team on any projects impacting the function
  • Assist in the development and roll-out of new policies and processes relating to the Revenue Operations function, including tool development and training


This will be a team leader, experienced in a customer facing role. You will be able to build sustainable relationship with stakeholders, and an inquisitive and creative thinker who understand business strategies and rebate program concepts and able to execute and deliver operational goals. You will be comfortable influencing and negotiating up to senior level in a dynamic environment. With a broad awareness of business issues, policies and excellent understanding of business processes, you will also have the ability to balance business, customer and operational issues and make business decision recommendations. A flair for communicating complex issues in an understandable form to a diverse audience is important too.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance - MBA or CPA / CA preferred - Minimum 10 years of dynamic financial management experience with 3+ years in a team lead role
