The Decision Support Project Manager is part of the Pacific Operations organization and will be responsible to drive Business Analytics solutions for management and business users. We are looking for someone to come join us to think different by using available technology to drive positive business insight, process excellence and to tell stories with data.

Key Qualifications

  • 7 - 10 years experience
  • Extraordinary Analytical/ Business Intelligent Project Management skills
  • Superb communication, data analysis and presentation skills
  • Extraordinary attention-to-detail, ability to compile and validate large amounts of data while maintaining a very high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent problem solving skills: ability to analyze and resolve complex problems in a structured and logical manner
  • Ability to comprehensively understand data elements, sources and relationships
  • Extensive experience in reporting, data visualisation, data mining, data integration and ad hoc analysis
  • Deep understanding of TABLEAU, SQL, EXCEL and Business Objects
  • Experience working with statistical tools such as R and data warehouse technologies such as Teradata, MySQL
  • Functional Supply Chain/Operations skills preferred
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment


Develop Business Analytics roadmap with partners and deliver analytics solutions to support critical supply chain processes (Executive Reporting, Business Review, Special Events Execution, Capital Projects). To collaborate, lead and drive requirement gathering with stakeholders, work closely with IT team on both functional and technical design, drive UAT and deployment and ensure user adoption post go-live. To be an advocate for analytics and reports that helps drive better business management decisions and/or improve efficiency of processes. To be a good communicator, a natural people connector to inspire others and lead changes with them. Continuously support ad-hoc analytical reporting requests from business users through data gathering and data analysis. Once reports provide the right insights, you will develop reporting automation to ensure consistent delivery of accurate insights.

Education & Experience

Degree in Business Administration/IT/Data Management/Process Re-engineering preferred
