As part of Retail Marketing, and, specifically, the Today at Apple team, the regional Marketing Manager will help develop the seasonal strategy, drive implementation and reporting of initiatives that promote Today at Apple across a geographic area of responsibility in APAC. You will have experience working with extraordinary brands on digital and content marketing, PR, social, launches and seasonal campaigns in a multi-channel environment. This position will be well-suited to an individual who is a creative thinker with strategic and analytical skills to deliver on strategic initiatives with strong cross-cultural agility. You have an immediate connection with the Apple brand and embody the company ethos of striving for excellence. You have a passion for elevating the customer experience in the digital and connected age. This position reports to the APAC Lead of Today at Apple in the Region, and is also part of the global Today at Apple marketing team based in Cupertino.

Key Qualifications

  • We’re looking for someone who’s dynamic, data-driven and enjoys a high-change environment that is constantly evolving. You have an ability to remain calm under pressure and tight deadlines. You are exceptionally savvy and have the skills to develop strong relationships across a complex matrix of stakeholders
  • 8+ years in online consumer marketing with world-class brands within a multi-channel environment. Digital Marketing and social media experience required, brand or agency side
  • Well organized, proven self-starter; able to initiate, prioritize and drive projects from inception, development to execution and measurement
  • Demonstrated track record of handling complex/multi-faceted projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to strike the right balance in all situations, from cross-functional working groups to executive presentations
  • Strong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for campaign improvement
  • Strategically astute, with a creative approach to solving problems and creating memorable customer experiences
  • International and cross-cultural experience a must

Description

Recommend the Today at Apple seasonal positioning and strategy in the designated Geo while maintaining fiscal responsibility Develop and handle execution of marketing campaigns to support Today at Apple objectives within the Region Liaise and work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global and local strategic initiatives, clear communication, seamless integration and timely execution of campaign deliverables. Cross-functional teams include and are not limited to: Programming, Production, Product Marketing, Public Relations, Store Operations, Field Leadership, Internal Communications, Campaigns & Launches, Key Markets, Expansion, Training, Merchandising, Finance, Online Store, Store Strategies, Publishing, Procurement, Beats and Marcom Build and maintain strong professional relationships across all channels and leverage appropriate channels across Apple, including Apple Music, App Store and iTunes to amplify and drive success for retail marketing initiatives Provide partnership in driving strategic change and execution throughout the organization, identifying potential opportunities for growth and improvement Drive tracking, analysis, and insight to produce successful marketing campaigns, inspire evolution, and improve efficiency. Measure effectiveness and make recommendations for campaign optimizations Maintain intimate understanding of Apple and the service model as well as the key role that products, Retail programs and campaigns play within the Today at Apple brand Execute on marketing, branding and positioning recommendations for customer-facing content; meet marketing objectives and provide deliverables within timelines, on budget Work closely with the Heads of Programming in each metro to leverage and optimise buzz, social marketing and PR for talent-led event activities Handle, as needed, agency relationships KEY DELIVERABLES Build and sustain awareness of Today at Apple in each designated market to drive traffic, sign-ups and attendance of the sessions Partner with the regional Retail Marketing functional teams to connect and optimise marketing and communication campaigns Ensure that all Today at Apple marketing initiatives are part of a connected, integrated marketing strategy Balance close collaboration with key stakeholders in the Region with work done as part of the global Today at Apple marketing team

Education & Experience

Ideally BA in Marketing, Arts, Business or related field; MBA a plus
