The Today at Apple team within Retail Marketing in Singapore is looking for a Program Manager. This role is responsible for locally driving the execution and production of live experiences in retail stores, across themes such as photography and video, music, art and design, and coding/technology, and across customers and audiences ranging from youths to entrepreneurship to education. You will work closely with Heads of Programming on the Today at Apple team, based in key cities across Asia Pacific, to inspire new ideas and most importantly, be responsible in ensuring experiences are inspiring, accessible, and empowering for all Apple customers. You will work in parallel with the Today at Apple team in Cupertino to translate global ideas into locally relevant content and with other Retail Marketing partners to amplify and evolve Today at Apple during key moments such as Campaigns, Launches and New Store Openings (NSO). You will also help develop a local seasonal strategy, and drive implementation of experiences that promote Today at Apple. You are creative, strategic, and, above all, know how to execute flawlessly across the spectrum of experiences - from one-off custom events featuring high-profile talent to scaled, worldwide programs for local communities.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience working on a global brand, with regional strategy requirements
  • 6+ years of retail marketing/event experience, including 3+ years working in the entertainment industry marketing space fully familiar with near-future trends in web technologies, including managing strategy development, content acquisition, and messaging
  • Solid experience in a high level of logistical event execution
  • Understand the dynamics that are shaping the global technology, cultural and luxury landscape
  • Well organized, methodical and efficient, with the ability to independently problem solve in realtime and successfully navigating simultaneous large scale executions
  • Collaborative, hands-on approach to work
  • Experience managing complex, high-profile projects and partnerships (both internal and external) with tight timelines


- Drive the execution and production of Today at Apple experiences, across Apple stores in APAC, ranging from one-off high-profile events to fleet-wide programs. - Partner with Heads of Programming across APAC to deliver a cohesive programming plan. - Work closely and effectively with teams responsible for Campaigns, Launches, NSO/NCO, Business, Education to ensure alignment with global and local strategic initiatives, clear communication, seamless integration and timely execution of campaign deliverables. - Liaise with the Store Strategies teams to innovate and advance all programs by contributing expertise and input, and work with the program coordinator to ensure the seamless and effective implementation of programs in stores. - Leverage appropriate channels across Apple, including Apple Music, App Store and iTunes, communications and PR to amplify and drive success for retail marketing initiatives. - Handle calendar planning and workflow management for multiple projects, to ensure appropriate lead times for flawless event execution, feedback, collaboration and reviews. - Work with Head(s) of Programming to recommend and secure external partnerships to enhance the overall programming strategy and target diverse audiences and demographics. - Manage and reconcile event budgets.
