This position is responsible for the timeliness and completeness of Channel Sales & Inventory reporting within the Geo/Sales Org as assigned above. Specifically, this role liaises with channel partners to ensure weekly reports are promptly received, reviewed and published to partners for decision-making. The role is also responsible for both CRT and SEA tool within the assigned Geo.

GDV - Channel Sell Through and Inventory reporting - You role as an Analyst requires to coordinate with account managers and channel partners on weekly sales and inventory reporting and follow up on delinquent reporting. - You will review channel partners’ reported data, investigate and resolve anomalies. - Publish Weekly Sell Through Flash to the Executive Team - Perform quarter-end closing of channel partners’ reporting - You will resolve operational and reporting issues via engagement with Sales team and channel partners - Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures - Communicate regularly with customers to ensure reports meet the business need. - Partner with Sales Finance, Sales teams, Reseller Ops and other cross functional teams to enable new channel partner reporting through training and system implementation - Setting up of new reporting user profile as and when required - Participate in users acceptance testing where required - Provide feedback and suggestions on business process improvement to the manager - Report to the manager on all reporting issue that may have significant impact to business decision-making process - Any other duties as directed by the manager CRT - Setting up users in CRT, both internal and external (ANZSA) - Conducting CRT demo for all users within ANZSA - Setting up programs in CRT and all related metadata for ANZSA - Working with GFSS and Sales finance to resolve claim disputes - Handling all CRT related query including technical - Working on improvement radars as per business needs - Collaborating with BPR and Sales finance to align process and requirements of new program setup - Assisting BPR and IS&T in delivering CRT projects as it expands in other countries (new addition to my list of duties) SEA - Provisioning Access to SEA (Initiator, Approver, Read only) - Re-route approval delegation as required
