The Apple Support Planing & Procurement team is seeking a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Specialist in support of the service parts operations in Asia Pacific. Please note that this is for a 6 month contract position from the period of December 2019 to May 2020.

Key Qualifications

  • Able to remain focused and work under pressure, prioritize competing demands and deadlines whilst multi-tasking.
  • Demonstrates initiative, adaptability and problem solving skills in a changing, dynamic environment.
  • Exposure in supervisory role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel preferred.
  • Strong Team player with good communication skill.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin with China OEMs is preferred.

Description

Responsible for Return Materials Authorization (RMA) management process for Applecare service parts (iOS/Mac) for Asia Pacific regions: - Manage the RMA operations in line with the various warranty strategies for all products. - Manage and Liaise with vendors to request for RMA. - Coordinate closely with warehouse to ensure on-time delivery to to vendors. - Execute and ensure adherence of end-to-end turnaround time of each RMA cycle. - Manage shipments discrepancies with vendors and warehouse. - Provide operational backup to other regions when necessary. Manage the various warranty redemption processes with vendors: - Scrap execution and reconciliation. - Credit redemption management to follow up with Vendors for credit returns, validate and submit to Finance for processing. Manage various reporting and data analysis to drive for excellence in operational KPIs. Lead & drive initiatives or projects to achieve process optimizations and improvements in the organization.

Education & Experience

Diploma holders / Degree holders with at least 5 years logistics, RMA or procurement experience.
