Search Ads in the App Store is an easy, efficient and fast-growing platform for app discovery. With over 65% of all app downloads resulting directly from a search on the App Store, Search Ads is quickly becoming the platform of choice for app promotion for iOS developers. As our business expands into new markets, we’re looking for a smart, experienced and highly motivated leader to build an outstanding team and business for Search Ads in APAC based in Singapore. In this role, you will grow and lead a team responsible for revenue generation and customer satisfaction. You will demonstrate your knowledge of developers, advertisers and agencies to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with marketers of all size and type. You will quickly gain the respect and support of both management and other employees by achieving business goals and demonstrating good judgment, eye for business, balance, objectivity, collaboration, quiet confidence, and credibility.

Key Qualifications

  • Successful track record in performance marketing sales. SEO, SEM, mid-market and local sales leadership experience preferred.
  • Has developed, managed and scaled different types of sales channels based on a strategic sales approach applied to the relevant market segmentation.
  • Intelligent quick learner with an analytical orientation, strategic vision, consensus building skills, and consultative style.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen effectively, socialize ideas across functions, and articulate the vision of the company, both internally and externally.
  • A minimum of 15 years of online, digital or performance marketing sales experience, with a minimum of 5-10 years leading sales teams.
  • A deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem with experience working directly with apps or games developers preferred.
  • Real passion for the Apple Brand.

Description

Prioritize and optimize sales and customer service for the Search Ads business for APAC based in Singapore. You will define our regional strategy and make sure that you can execute efficiently. You will identify and prioritize sources of business, be proactive in outreach and consistent and passionate in your evangelism of Search Ads. Deliver against revenue goals and make customers happy. You will share the best methodologies with your sellers and your customers alike, helping them to build upon their success. Attract, hire and develop a team of top talent (sales and sales support) that will help you exceed revenue plans. Be the face of Search Ads to the developer and advertising community across APAC, championing the value proposition and providing excellent customer service. Provide critical customer feedback to the Product team to influence product roadmap. Filter through any noise and recognize the nuances where Apple has a true opportunity to create new value. Build senior-level relationships with key internal partners, both internally and within top commercial partners and advertising agencies.

Education & Experience

BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field. MBA preferred.
