We are seeking to recruit for the Head of Operations in the Real Estate & Development team, reporting into the Head of Real Estate & Development SEA, who will make a difference in how we continue to value the employee and vendor experiences. Strong candidates will meet or exceed the qualifications below and must be passionate about the role.

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Facility Management within recognised consulting or client organisation
  • Related experience, including high-end corporate office environment
  • Contract negotiation and structuring experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels
  • Ability to connect and lead dispersed internal and external teams
  • Experience with leading complex Change Management situations considered an advantage
  • Professional Certification - IFMA certification desirable but not required
  • Effective communication in both verbal and written English
  • Passionate about Customer Services and end-user experience
  • Self starter and capable individual contributor


As the lead of operations, you will have the skills and resources of a proven Integrated Facility Manager with additional cross-functional CRE expertise and exceptional customer experience skills. You hold a strong emphasis on balancing both campus and multiple site operations with a diversified portfolio, ensuring consistent delivery at highest performance level for Operational Services. You will also have the ability to interact with Apple business functions & customers at all levels and provide multiple structured and/or ad-hoc timely and accurate status reporting. This role will include but not limited to: - Your role is to lead and be accountable for all Facility Operations Management activities within Southeast Asia offices: - You will partner with Apple line of businesses and their nominated internal, external, vendors and partners - Hands-on provision of comprehensive IFM Soft & Hard Services - Input to in-GEO OPEX planning and budgets - Manage Real estate and development (RE&D) commercial obligations such as Lease, Utility & Vendor payments - Drive consistency in RE&D site services and resources with 'bigger picture' overview - Manage single to multiple, simple to complex Facility initiatives and programmes - Adherence to the use of established protocols, tools & processes – strong compliance - Participate alone, or in team, for facility strategy presentations to RE&D customers - Follow-up with Apple customers on site services delivery tracking, issues & risks and results - Ensure Vendors compliance with agreed SLA's and KPI's - Development of IFM, tools, standards, policies, guidelines and processes related to SEA/International Facility Management standards - Evangelisation, communications and training related to Facility Management improvement programmes - Advising and driving improvement changes in RE&D

Education & Experience

- Degree qualified in related field in Facility Management, Engineering or Hotel Management
