As a regional GBS hub in Singapore, we continually strive to provide high standards of performance and to support the explosive growth in the region. The Compensation Services team is looking to hire a high caliber Finance professional to be part of the regional H2R team supporting Greater China & JAPAC.

Key Qualifications

  • Qualified finance professional (e.g CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc)
  • More than 5 years of related commercial working experience, preferably in MNC in a Shared Services environment
  • Must be able to work independently as well as working closely within a Global team
  • Mature, responsible, motivated, passionate, self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective team player and like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Able to perform robust business process analysis, recommend and execute solutions
  • Able to adapt to changing business priorities and timelines
  • Savvy in technology, SAP financial solutions, business intelligence tool


Support Greater China and JAPAC regions on Payroll Accounting activities as part of the Global Payroll Accounting team Timely completion JVWF approvals, balance sheet reconciliations and regulatory filings Strict adherence to our SOX environment  Monthly & Quarterly month end support for all activities within Compensation Services group Collaborate & develop excellent relationships with internal and external customers, such as Corporate Tax, Global Mobility, Internal Audit, Finance and Accounting functions  In-still & safeguard a strong  focus on global standardization of Global Payroll Accounting activities and responsibilities Coach and mentor the payroll accountants to ensure the team are trained & motivated to perform their roles to the highest standards Support year end audits and liaise with external audit parties  Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing lean end to end processes Liaising with key stakeholders to support the Quarterly budgeting, forecasting & headcount activities

Education & Experience

Qualified finance professional (e.g CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc)
