Launched in 2016, Search Ads is an easy, efficient and fast-growing platform for app discovery. With over 65% of all app downloads resulting directly from a search in the App Store, Search Ads is quickly becoming the app promotion platform of choice for iOS developers. We are looking for a knowledgable, motivated Technical Sales professional to support our growing Search Ads business. In this role, you will service and support an expanding sales group from a technical lens, ensuring that we scale rapidly and efficiently. You will liaise with product and marketing groups, representing the voice of the customer, both internally and externally. You’re comfortable speaking with clients, and you have the technical acumen to analyze, respond and solve complex customer problems.

Key Qualifications

  • Relevant working experience ideally in the digital advertising industry, in a customer success, service and/or program management role
  • Experience with in-person client interactions, specifically performance marketers
  • Proven understanding of digital advertising landscape and critical metrics for web / mobile / apps. Familiarity with search engine marketing (SEM), app-install marketing, and channel partners (e.g., agencies, mobile measurement) preferred
  • Advanced technical skills a plus: experience with data-mining including querying data via SQL, scripting (e.g. Python) and 3rd party tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Strong personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity and trust

Description

Support and service the Apple Search Ads sales team globally, ensuring that problems/issues are identified, triaged and addressed Subject matter expert (SME) for Apple Search Ads and all of the data associated with it, for the sales organization Attend internal sales team meetings as the SME, representing the business and the product Join sales in external client meetings, as the technical representative, with the ability to speak to customers about the product and data. Consolidate, distill and embody the voice of the customer, and represent that narrative to internal teams at HQ Collaborate with cross functional teams across Ad Platforms, in order to translate findings and needs of our internal and external customers. Possess a knack for taking large data sets, breaking it down into easily understandable stories, and the ability to communicate these narratives to the organization
