Pacific Operations Accelerated Career Experience (PACE) is a program for fresh graduates who want to launch their career with a solid foundation in Operations. This program will allow you to learn how Apple builds great customer experiences through committed focus and obsession over every single detail in our supply chain. The program is structured to provide an accelerated experience across three tracks in Operations - Operations Fulfilment, Business Analytics and Program Management. Tracks will be assigned based on a combination of your preference, skill sets and business needs.

OPERATIONS FULFILMENT In the Operations Fulfilment track, you will learn how to execute on different components of the order life cycle, from order induction to delivery. You will be responsible for specific actions that enable products to move through our supply chain from the time an Apple customer places an order to the time they receive their product. This is an excellent for you if you want to understand Apple's supply chain in detail and develop a deep understanding of our operations. To succeed in this track, you should be tenacious, have a drive for action and the ability to understand systems and processes. BUSINESS ANALYTICS Business Analytics track offers you roles where you’ll gather and analyse data to identify patterns and draw insights to support business decisions. Examples of such business decisions include building the right amount of supply to balance with demand for Apple’s products, allocating available supply to customers across different sales channels and planning logistics capacity to move our products across a complex network of shipping lanes by air, land and sea. This track is a good fit for you if you are passionate about working with numbers and analysing large sets of data. You’ll need to demonstrate strong analytical problem skills along with an ability to communicate with and influence cross-functional partners. For some specific roles in business intelligence and decision support, good programming skills will be an advantage. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Program Management track will offer you an opportunity to get involved in leading cross-functional programs such as new product introductions and new initiatives on systems, tools or processes. This track will give you a broad perspective on how different functions in Pacific Operations interact with one another. This is a good track for someone who loves managing projects and interacting with people in a cross-functional environment. You should have excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills in conjunction with a strong sense for project management. Each track offers unique perspectives and experience that will consistently challenge you and test your abilities. Pacific Operations Learning & Development team will partner with iBuddies, managers and mentors to support and encourage you throughout your PACEr journey. You will start the program in an Operations Onboarding followed by on-the-job learning experience to understand the basics of Apple's supply chain. At this point, you’ll be tagged to your assigned track where you’ll get functional training from subject matter experts to learn your day-to-day job. As you progress through the program, you’ll also be taken through a carefully curated personal development curriculum that will enable you to build new skills and develop professionally at Apple.
