The Singapore shared services center delivers exceptional finance services in Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash to support our businesses in more than 10 countries in the Asia Pacific Region. Apple is looking for an outstanding finance professional for the position of a Revenue Operations Analyst. The successful candidate will become a member of the wider Finance Team with regional interactions.

Key Qualifications

  • Work with a variety of cross-functional teams and external customers or partners to drive sales incentive calculations and ensure sales incentive credit processing are executed and accounted for accurately and timely according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Continually validate and challenge, by way of analytical review, customer rebate program terms and calculation methodology
  • Participate in process improvements and systems enhancements initiatives to improve the productivity and scalability of key processes
  • Build and maintain cross-geography relationships with internal partners and external customers
  • Work closely with Information Systems & Technology, Order-to-Cash, various Finance & Sales groups to ensure that processes are sustainable, scalable, and produce accurate results
  • Solid analytical skills to provide revenue adjustment and customer rebate metrics information to Management offering insight and analysis on the business trends, key work drivers, etc
  • Safeguard Apple’s integrity from a compliance perspective in ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) control processes and ensure they are operating effectively
  • Support as a backup where needed

  • Advanced Excel skills is required
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive financial management experience
  • Japanese language proficiency (native or JLPT N1 level) to support the respective country


This individual will be a team player and experienced in a customer facing role. You will be an inquisitive and creative thinker who understand business strategies and rebate program concepts and able to execute and deliver operational goals. With a broad awareness of business issues, policies and excellent understanding of business processes, you will also have the ability to balance business, customer and operational issues and make business decision recommendations. A flair for communicating complex issues in an understandable form to a diverse audience is important too.

Education & Experience

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance MBA or CPA / CA preferred
