As part of the Product Management team within the AppleCare Business Development Organisation, we are strengthening our team and we are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to support and drive initiatives in APAC. We feature a collaborative environment with creative, smart people and ground-breaking technologies. You will be responsible for leading the planning, development, implementation and measurement of products, programs, and services that support an exceptional experience for Apple's customers, resellers, and third parties. You possess strong analytical skills to understand trends in service and customer behaviour. You will drive project execution, drive growth, increase operational efficiency and leverage cross company functional areas.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional experience in product management or related discipline
  • Project Management skills & experience required; PMP a plus
  • Proven ability to manage to deadlines
  • Ability to identify potential challenges / roadblocks in advance and offer potential solutions, a pro-active approach
  • Independence, attention to detail, and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Analytics experience
  • Understanding of Apple’s upstream and downstream systems
  • Possess a moderate level of system and technical proficiency (e.g. SAP, Filemaker Pro etc)
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills


You will focus on innovating the AppleCare product line through the development of new features and the creation of exceptional customer experiences. You will drive assessment and due diligence discussions and project manage launches. You will be driving initiatives in APAC. Flexibility required to also suit EMEIA and AMR working hours as many projects members are based in the EMEIA/USA. Travel whilst not extensive, will be required both within APAC and AMR. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Utilize multiple methodologies to launch products and drive enhancements throughout the lifecycle. Performs Post Mortem. • Lead product/project lifecycle including strategy, objectives, timelines, cost models, product definition and project plans. • Own all aspects of new product development and launch in region, collaborate with internal partners to ensure that strategy is aligned with the goals of AppleCare, product marketing, finance and Operations. • Build strong relationships to successfully influence and manage escalations. • Develop regional product launch schedules to ensure NPI readiness. • Manage project risk throughout the life of the product launch. • Own end to end product life cycle including concepts, innovation, launch & sustaining • Craft new business models as appropriate & manage risk assessment. • Own process improvement and develop solutions that target root causes. • Represent the business in formal business requirement writing • Key partner working with IST and BPR through the design, development, testing, cutover and production phases

Education & Experience

Requires a minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3-5 years and a Master’s degree.
