Apple's IS&T team is looking for outstanding individuals with a strong commitment to work with similarly skilled engineers to deliver software quickly and efficiently, with increasing quality. Contact Technologies uses advanced logic and custom applications to allow any Apple customer via voice, chat or email to connect with Apple through a personalized, high-touch experience. As an Operations Project Manager, you will lead the project management and delivery of key Operations Initiatives. This will include presenting to management and business partners, influencing and driving external teams and leading our own internal resources to deliver on project requirements on time.


In this role, you will manage key Operations Initiatives in the areas of Compliance, Reliability, Operational Excellence, and Quality & Testing. You will define objectives and key results and use metrics to measure your impact. You will work with and influence multiple teams, including development, production support, business teams, and other technical and non-technical teams within Apple. Your goal is to ensure an efficient, reliable process from development to production to allow our business teams to continue to provide the greatest customer experience.

  • Knowledge of risk management and Compliance in Contact Center domain.

  • Experience presenting technical concepts to management and other non-technical folks
  • Good knowledge of SDLC
  • Good knowledge of DevOps principles and standard processes
  • Good analytical skills and ability to research and present findings
