Key Qualifications
- - Ability to apply data analysis tools to discover the clues of inherence of data.
- - Experience with supplier management and process qualification.
- - Capable of problem solving, ability to demonstrate the process to the issue closure.
- - Proven experience in project management.
- - Clear communication and logical thinking is essential.
- - Innovation, integrity, and can do attitude.
- - Knowledge on quality management system and the application of quality tools.
- - Familiar with any of manufactory processes(machining, molding, stamping, laser, welding)
Description
- Involve in new product development, work with Engineering and Technical team to conduct design and process maturity study, define product quality requirements and manufacturing control plan, develop metrology on new product.
- Drive Failure analysis, corrective action implementation plan, and yield bridge to mass production. Influence designs so that they are manufacturable.
- Review supplier’s quality control flow, in-process quality control system, in-coming components and out-going product’s quality control plan.
- Lead and perform process/product audit and drive FACA and systemic improvement.
- Collaborate with multiple function teams, Engineering, Operations, and Quality within Apple as well as various suppliers during the new products builds at OEM supplier and final assemble sites.
Education & Experience
- Majored in Engineering or related
