Description

As a Sales Account Manager, you will: Establish and manage close working relationship with the senior stakeholders of the Retail reseller partners, including online partners, to develop the partners’ sales efficiency and maximise the sales of Apple products to end-users. Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends and the Singapore retail channel and develop comprehensive account plans that both align with our partners’ strategies and expand Apple's footprint. Achieve or exceed signed sales quotas and be a guide in understanding and driving sales through the retail channel. Work cross-functionally and with Partner’s teams to craft and develop Apple merchandising programs, demand generation activities and promotions, innovative offers and advocacy programs. Hold regular performance and planning reviews with partners across quarterly marketing and in-store activities, responsibilities and weekly sell through targets. Collaborate closely with Apple various support functions, from operations, to marketing to legal etc. and optimize our relationship and sales with the partner. Perform assigned administrative tasks including sales reporting, inventory reporting, information and forms. Apple is an Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity. Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5-6 years of professional experience in channel management or relevant account management experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English

  • Able to scale interaction at Executive levels within the account on strategic matters. Also has latitude to interface all the way to the store level on tactical elements.
  • Proven consultative experience and developing channel growth strategies with partners where you’ve balanced delivering on short-term goals, while building sustainable value for customers and partners, and demand for the future.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect and influence key partners, and drive business objectives through key relationships.
  • Possess extraordinary presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who enjoys a collaborative environment with open dialogue and debate.
  • Genuine passion excitement for Apple’ products.
