Description

Within Asia Procurement and Operations, we are looking for an experienced trainer who has a passion for inspiring and empowering others through impactful learning experiences. This individual will be primarily responsible for the designing, developing and deploying of key learning solutions for managers and employees. The role also includes coaching managers and employees to improve performance. The training content ranges from core competencies, leadership and managerial capability, cultural understanding to functional training in various modalities. This role is suitable for individuals who thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, and evolving and cross-functional environment. Analyze industry trends and best practices, as well as organization’s business strategy, and develop learning strategy and solutions aligned with business needs. Initiate projects to lead the development, implementation, assessment, and optimization of engaging and effective learning program aligned with learning objectives and adult learning principles. Use a variety of training methods - in-person and virtual classroom trainings and workshops, customized learning programs, online self-guided courses and microlearning modules, social learning events, etc. Maintain and update training materials, manage training schedules. Collaborate with functional experts and business trainers to develop and maintain training content. Analyze and use data from training metrics, surveys, and other sources to find opportunities for continuous improvement of learning programs and delivery methods. Coach managers and employees to improve performance. Design learning and communication management system. Cultivate the learning culture in the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, Master’s degree in related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in the training and development role with proven record in designing, developing and delivering of live/virtual classroom, and self-guided online training, leveraging adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent, presentation, facilitation, and classroom delivery skills.
  • Superb verbal and written communication in both Mandarin and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in training or instructional design.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work with and influence cross-functional partners to build and achieve strategic goals.
  • Familiarity with virtual training platforms and e-learning development tools. Advanced skills in graphic design, video and images editing is a plus. Experience to leverage AIML in learning solution design, development and implementation.
  • Experience in event management.
  • Experience in coaching.
  • Experience in interacting with and influencing all levels of Management.
  • Ability to work with a flexible schedule. Willingness to adapt to rapidly changing environment and new challenges.
