Description

- Drive new and complex IP development in the analog mixed signal areas by working with functional design leads. - Work closely with SoC Integration teams to drive high-level achievements for IP development. - Drive technical work with Apple SoC teams, resolving issues and bug tracking. - Lead weekly meetings with IP consumers to resolve technical issues. - Pull together regular project status presentations for executive and multi-functional team review. - Drive resolution of technical issues between multi-functional teams: Technology/Library, SoC design, SoC PD, SoC DV & CAD teams. - Convert large amounts of data into a clear story to communicate to partners and organizations at all levels. - Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies & facilitate conflict resolution. - Collaborate with software/hardware teams to lead and resolve silicon validation of IPs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering and 10+ years relevant experience.
  • Experience includes a track record of experience in any one of the following: Analog-mixed-signal (AMS) IP design OR Product development/program management/project management in AMS space OR Design engineering management in AMS space.

  • Strong teammate and creative problem solver who can lead work with technical teams, multi-functional groups and vendors against plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills - Ability to tailor information to the right audience, including executive management.
  • Sophisticated knowledge of IP development process, tools/flows and methodologies, and life cycle in a SoC.
  • Knowledge of AMS IPs for 2 or more modern SerDes or Memory standards.
