The WW Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) team focuses on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and standard methodologies to deliver best customer experience in the Channel, and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical and people enablement spaces, WW CSO closely collaborates with many cross-functional teams at both worldwide and regional levels. We are looking for a Predictive Modeling & Manager to create, design and implement solutions that best leverage CSO’s store experience and performance data to create analytic solutions that will drive decision-making across the WW CSO organization.
Lead and grow a team of skilled and experienced analysts, providing guidance, mentorship and support
Innovate and foster an environment of learning and development
Be a hands-on technical leader with ability to dive deep with the team and the broader CSO organization to solve complex challenges
Architect and collaborate with data engineers on data strategy and infrastructure to implement robust, scalable solutions and create frameworks to seamlessly integration data into processes and applications.
Communicate results of analyses and models to partners and senior leaders.
Understand key performance levers and metrics to highlight operational issues and facilitate data strategies that will help to drive improvement.
Proven history of designing and developing in-depth analytical solutions.
Self-sufficient with an ability to thrive in fast-paced analytical environment; strong critical thinking and problem solving ability.
Sound communication skills - adept at messaging domain and technical content, at a level appropriate for the audience.
Phenomenal team player - invested in the collective success of the team and project outcomes
- A number of years of experience working as a product manager, data scientist or data engineer with a focus in developing and optimizing data processes for analytics use cases
- Experience working with large, cross-functional teams to enable data collection, dataset development, and properly instrumented data for data science analyses
- Ability to monitor and maintain data quality of existing data products and to develop and organize strategies to update and augment existing data with new and updated data
- Ability to developer deliver data strategies, synthesizing the needs of data science, business intelligence and engineering partners
- Experience managing external vendor relationships, including vendor selection, negotiating contracts, controlling costs, ensuring service delivery, and managing vendor risks
- Advanced degree / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
