Apple is seeking an experienced web/mobile production operations manager to join the Apple Digital Content Management (DCM) team. The DCM team owns digital content production for Apple’s e-commerce website, mobile app, and several Retail Stores systems. Our mission is to continuously improve the quality of information presented to Apple’s customers while delivering on the ever- growing velocity of store changes required by cross-functional teams.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years managerial experience; 10+ years experience in technology, operations, e-commerce and/or customer support
  • Demonstrates success in business process re-engineering, optimization Knowledge in large scale, global content management systems, e-commerce, publishing/web production

Ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of digital content and catalog item set- up to the worldwide Apple Store platforms, as we expand into new geographies, languages, customer segments, and platforms. This involves: - managing and motivating a team of high-performing DCM Specialists - knowing existing tools, systems, and processes - driving processes improvements that will enable the DCM team to support ever- growing business demand - understanding needs of worldwide and regional business teams - partnering with technology partners to drive tooling and systems improvements

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree
